Shipping policy
All shipping is free in the continental USA, Alaska, and Hawaii (domestic shipping). International shipping is not free. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all free domestic shipping. Normal domestic shipping transit times are between three to five days.
Purchases made before 2 PM are shipped the same day except for weekends and holidays. Please note that USPS tracking information may not show up until one business day after items in an order have been shipped.
There can be shipping transit delays due to pandemics or other inhibiting events, and this is especially true for international shipments. We have no control over transit delays and cannot help to speed up carrier deliveries. For international deliveries, we recommend that a major private carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL) be selected during checkout instead of the USPS.
If you do not receive your domestic ordered items within five business days, you can send us an inquiry with your name and order number on our Contact Us page. We will look into your shipment with the USPS and get back to you with any information we are able to find. If the USPS confirms with us that your shipment is lost and not recoverable, we will either resend items in your order or refund your money.
