Returns
Purchased products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If 30 days have past since a product was purchased, please contact us and provide your name, order ID, and a reason for your return or exchange, so we can work with you. Products that are returned in a condition that is different from when they were purchased might not be eligible for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us, provide your name, order ID, and request authorization for your return. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item. It is best if you can return your item in its original packaging.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If, after several days, you cannot find your refund, please check your bank account; then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to set up an exchange, please contact us on our Contact-Us page with your name and order I.D.
Gifts Returns
Items can only be returned by and refunded to the person making a purchase (purchaser). If an item was purchased using a gift card, the purchaser can only receive a gift-card credit as a refund. Gift returns must be initiated by contacting us for return authorization. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be credited to the purchaser. Gift returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us on our Contact-Us page with your name and order I.D. to obtain return authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items valued at more than $75, it will be best to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
